Projemizin temel hedefi katılımcıların birer teknik eleman olarak becerilerini artırıp deneyim kazanmalarıdır. Proje akışı süresinde katılımcılar, konu ile ilgili yeni yöntemleri izlemeyi ve izlenen stratejileri gözlemlemeyi, potansiyel müşterilere yönelik halkla ilişkiler bazında sürdürülen çalışmalara katılmayı, böylece deneyim ve bilgilerini artırmayı hedefleme noktasında başarılı bir çalışma yapmıştır. Ayrıca proje, katılımcıların Avrupa iş gücü piyasasında istenen donanımın düzeyini görmelerini ve eksikliklerini tespit etmelerini sağlamıştır. Aynı zamanda görülen bu eksiklikleri gidermek için, gerekli bilgiye ulaşabilmeyi katılımcıların kendi iletişim yöntemleri ile sağladıkları proje akışı bitmesine rağmen görülmüştür.

Bilgisayar donanımı olduğu kadar yazılımında da eğitim veren kurumumuzun projeye katılan öğrencileri ve personeli değişik firmalarda farklı yazılım dillerini kullanarak kendilerini iş hayatına başlamak için bir firma kuramasalar da, evlerinden bile kendilerine bir iş imkânı bulabileceklerinin farkına varmışlardır. Bu da katılımcıların gelişimleri açısından gayet olumlu bir durumdur.

Proje ile ilgili uygulamalar esnasında iç piyasada ve dış piyasada yaşanan gelişmelerin yakından incelenerek; yapılan uygulamaların faydalı yönleri benimsenmiştir. Katılımcıların çalışmayı hedeflediği bilgi teknolojisi alanında edinilen bilgileri bölgesel anlamda yapacağı uygulamalara yansıtarak, hem bölge hem de ülke ekonomisinde ilerlemeye neden olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Proje akışı süresince alandaki ticari gelişmeleri öğrenilerek, sektörde çalışan firmalarla yeni ilişkiler geliştirilmiş olup, katılımcıların bireysel anlamda ülkemiz ve Avrupa piyasasında iş yapabilme olasılığını bulmaları ve buldukları bu imkânları ticari kazanca çevirmeleri için kendilerinde eksik olan güvensizlik ortamı ortadan kalkmıştır.

Proje akışı süresince Avrupa birliği ülkeleri ile kültürel uyum ve Avrupa ‘da kullanılan bilişim diline yakınlık sağlandığı gözlenmiştir. Bunun sonucu olarak, katılımcıların görüşlerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz değişmelerin izlenerek raporlara yansıtılması sağlanmıştır.

Our project’s main target is to increase the skills of participants as technique member and to have experience. During the project process, participants have watched the new methods about the subject and observed the strategies which watched. They did some works about people relationship for potential customers, so they did successful study at the point of targeting to increase their experience and knowledge. Also the project has provided the participants to see the level of equipped which is wanted in Europe at business market and it has provided to find the deficiencies. At the same time in order to complete these deficiencies, they have reached the necessary knowledge by using their own communication methods and skills. Although the process time is over.

Our association gives education about both computer hardware and software. Students and staff of our association who took part in this project noticed that they can find a job in different firms at home by wing software languages even though they can’t have a firm. It is positive situation for the participants’ self development.

During the processing of project, by examing in internal and external market’ s developments the most useful process is accepted. It is thought that if the participants reflect the knowledge which they targeted to work in the technology field to the applies which will be done to regions, it will provide to develop both region and country economy.

During the project process the commercial developments have been learned and the new relationship have developed with firms which works in this sector. Participants have increased the possibility of finding job in our country’s market and Europe’s commercial benefit form the opportunity which they have found.

During the project process in cultural meaning cultural correlation have been provided with European community countries. Close relationship have been provided to the technology language which is used in Europe. By observing the positive and negative changes in participants views are reflected to the reports.
